Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 24.05.2026
1. Our Commitment
NudgePort aims to provide an accessible and inclusive experience for all users, including agency users who manage projects and client portal visitors who review and approve content. We consider accessibility during design, development, and testing, and work to ensure that our service is usable by as many people as possible.
2. Conformance Status
NudgePort aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the platform. We do not claim guaranteed full compliance with all accessibility standards in all circumstances, as standards and technologies evolve.
3. Accessibility Features
NudgePort includes the following accessibility features and considerations:
- Keyboard navigation: Interactive elements are designed to be operable using a keyboard where reasonably practicable.
- Semantic HTML: We use semantic elements to convey structure and meaning.
- Heading hierarchy: Pages use a logical heading structure to support navigation by screen readers.
- ARIA labels: ARIA attributes are used where appropriate to supplement native semantics.
- Visible focus states: Interactive components have visible focus indicators to support keyboard users.
- Color contrast: We aim for sufficient contrast between text and background colors.
- Resizable text: Text can generally be resized using browser controls without significant loss of functionality.
- Accessible form labels: Form fields are associated with labels to support assistive technologies.
- Skip-to-content navigation: A skip link is provided to allow keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation.
4. Compatibility
NudgePort is designed for modern web browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Best results are achieved with up-to-date browsers and screen reader software.
5. Third-Party Content
NudgePort is a link-first platform. Customers may add links to external third-party content hosted on services such as Google Drive, Figma, Dropbox, Canva, Vimeo, YouTube, Stripe, PayPal, and others.
The accessibility of third-party content depends on the respective providers and is outside the direct control of Nikali Ltd. Users who encounter accessibility barriers with linked external content should contact the provider of that content directly.
6. Known Limitations
Some areas of NudgePort may not yet fully conform to all accessibility standards in all browsers or assistive technologies. Accessibility is continuously reviewed and improved as part of our ongoing development process.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier that prevents you from using a feature, please let us know and we will consider it in our improvement efforts.
7. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of NudgePort. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion for improvement, please contact us:
Email: support@nudgeport.com
We aim to review and respond to accessibility-related feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Assessment Approach
NudgePort assesses accessibility through a combination of:
- Internal self-evaluation during design and development;
- Manual testing with keyboards and assistive technologies where appropriate;
- Automated accessibility testing tools where appropriate, as a complement to manual review.
