Security-first client approvals
NudgePort is designed so your files never have to leave the tools you already trust. We keep the approval record — you keep the files.
No file uploads
NudgePort does not store your original files. Files remain in your own storage provider.
No client accounts
Clients open a protected portal link and verify their email with a one-time code. There is no NudgePort account for a client to create or lose.
Keep passwords separate
Do not paste document passwords, access codes, or credentials into NudgePort. Share those through your normal secure channel.
Protected client portals
Each portal link is scoped to a single project and protected with a one-time email verification code sent to the portal contact.
Approval record kept
NudgePort stores approval decisions, comments, statuses, and version history — not your original files.
Use provider permissions
For sensitive material, use view-only sharing, per-person access, or expiring links from your storage provider.
Handling sensitive documents
For contracts, financial documents, or confidential creative work, keep the file in your provider such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Figma and use its access controls. Share access with the specific client email, use view-only mode where appropriate, and share any passwords through a separate secure channel — not inside NudgePort.
