Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about NudgePort.
What is NudgePort?
NudgePort is a lightweight client approval portal for freelancers and agencies. You paste links to your existing files — from Google Drive, Figma, Dropbox, Canva, YouTube, Vimeo, Stripe, or any URL — and share a secure portal link with your client. They review, comment, approve, or request changes without creating an account.
Do clients need to create an account?
No. Clients open the secure portal link you send them and interact with the items directly. No registration, no passwords, no friction.
Does NudgePort store my files?
No. NudgePort stores the approval record, comments, versions, and project history. Your original files stay in the tools you already use.
Which tools are supported?
You can add links from Google Drive, Figma, Dropbox, Canva, Notion, YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Stripe, PayPal, OneDrive, or any custom URL.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Your first project is completely free, with up to 3 phases and 5 items. No credit card required.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
You will see an upgrade prompt when you try to create new projects or items beyond your current plan. You can purchase a single project or upgrade to a monthly subscription at any time.
Can I export approval records?
Yes. Agency plan subscribers can export PDF proof-of-approval documents for any item in their projects.
How do I get support?
