How NudgePort works

NudgePort turns the links and text you already share into a simple client approval portal. Here is what a typical project looks like end to end.

  1. 1

    Create a project

Set up a project for one client approval flow. Add the project name, portal contact, and optional branding.

  2. 2

    Add phases

Group deliverables into stages like Discovery, Design, Review, or Launch.

  3. 3

    Add approval items

Paste links from your existing tools or add short text for approval. NudgePort does not store your original files.

  4. 4

    Send the secure client portal

Your client opens the portal link and verifies their email with a one-time code. No NudgePort account required.

  5. 5

    Client approves or requests changes

Clients approve, request changes, or leave focused feedback per item and per version.

  6. 6

    Keep the approval history

Every decision, version, and comment is timestamped and stored on the project.

Frequently asked questions

What does 'approval item' mean?

An item is one thing to review — a Figma link, a document, a video, or short text like a headline. Items belong to phases inside a project.

Do clients need to install anything?

No. Clients open the portal link in any browser, verify their email with a one-time code, and see exactly what needs their attention.

Does NudgePort store my files?

No. NudgePort stores the approval record, comments, statuses, and history. Your original files stay in the tools you already use.

Can items have multiple versions?

Yes. Each item supports versions so clients see what changed between rounds, and NudgePort records which version was approved.

How is the client portal protected?

The portal link is protected with a one-time email verification code sent to the portal contact. This helps ensure that only the intended recipient can view and approve items.
