Billing Policy

1. Overview

This Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, one-time project purchases, invoices, taxes, cancellations and failed payments are handled for NudgePort. NudgePort is intended primarily for freelancers, agencies and business users.

Nothing in this Billing Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

2. First Project Free

NudgePort may offer a limited First Project Free option. This option does not require payment details and is not billed automatically.

The First Project Free option is subject to product limits, which may include limits on the number of projects, phases, approval items, client contacts and available features.

3. Single Project Purchases

Single Project purchases are one-time project passes. They are charged once and do not renew automatically.

A Single Project purchase allows you to use NudgePort for one project subject to the limits shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

Single Project purchases are not subscriptions.

4. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans, including Studio and Agency, are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

The billing cycle begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month until cancelled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize NudgePort and its payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed by our payment processor, such as Stripe. We may accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods supported by the payment processor.

All payments are processed in Euros (EUR), unless another currency is shown at checkout.

NudgePort does not store full card details on its own servers.

6. Invoices and Receipts

Invoices or receipts are generated automatically after successful payment and may be sent to your registered email address or made available through your account or the payment processor.

For business customers, invoices may include company details, VAT ID and tax information where provided and supported by the payment processor.

7. Taxes and VAT

Prices are displayed in EUR. Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, may depend on your location, customer type, billing information and applicable tax rules.

Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where supported.

Business customers in the European Union may provide a valid VAT ID. Where applicable, reverse charge treatment may apply subject to VAT ID validation and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry the payment automatically.

We may notify you by email or in-app notification about failed payments. If payment remains unresolved, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is completed.

9. Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription where supported.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in prorated charges or credits shown at checkout or by the payment processor.

Downgrades usually take effect at the start of the next billing period unless otherwise shown.

Plan limits and features may change when an upgrade or downgrade takes effect.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing portal where available.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. You will continue to have access to the paid plan until the end of that period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible.

12. Price Changes

We may change prices or plan features from time to time. For existing subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice of material price changes where required.

Continued use of the paid service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price, unless you cancel before the change applies.

13. Account Suspension for Billing Issues

We may suspend, downgrade or restrict access to paid features if payment is overdue, billing information is invalid, or there is suspected payment abuse or fraud.

We will aim to provide notice before suspension where reasonable.
